Not only do they take a high polish, but the natural oils in the wood make for a smooth, nice grip. Using sharp tools, this wood is ideal for knife craftsmanship and will yield blanks with high luster & iridescent shimmer as well as fantastic contrast. The density of this material will allow handles to hold up well over time. These blanks are dry, free of defects, and ready to use.
